I experienced some hiccups with the shuttle service upon arrival. The staff seemed overwhelmed, leading to a lengthy wait. However, after checking in, things turned around. The room was clean and well-furnished, which I appreciated. The location of the hotel within a shopping mall was super convenient. Access to various dining options was a plus. The bed was comfy, making for a restful night. Unfortunately, checkout posed a challenge. The staff were slow, resulting in a long wait. Also, the area felt a bit sketchy at night. I noticed some improvements needed in customer service, as the front desk seemed unapproachable and disinterested during busy times. I encountered issues with the airport shuttle coordination too, particularly struggling to communicate with staff who didn't speak English well. I valued the complimentary water and amenities, but clarity regarding shuttle service and managing guest experience would greatly improve the stay.

The stylish decor and spacious King Room were highlights of the visit, providing a comfortable stay with excellent bedding. Enjoyed the convenience of a free airport shuttle and easy access to a clean shopping mall nearby. Dining options included an appealing selection of vegan and vegetarian dishes, creating a pleasant dining experience. However, the air conditioning was quite chilly, making it uncomfortable to regulate, and the view from the room was less than desirable.

I loved how the hotel was directly connected to a mall, makes life easier when you have kids! They had a areas for kids to play and even a Starbucks right next to the lobby, major win for coffee lovers, right?
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but the convenience made it worth it.

The grilled meats around this place are an absolute fiesta! And let’s not forget the stylish decor. The hotel’s direct access to a lively shopping mall made my evenings fun and flavorful. Spotless rooms topped it off!
Finding the hotel entrance felt like a scavenger hunt. No signage, just wandering through the mall with heavy luggage. Plus, the mix-up with my room added to the chaos!

Had an awesome time with friends! We explored The Chapultepec and checked out the modern vibe in Polanco, both are must-sees. The room was comfy, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The free shuttle to the airport was super convenient. A great pick for a group trip!
The entrance was tough to find, especially late at night. It felt more secure to have better signage and an accessible main door towards the hotel. A little creepy walking through a dark mall.

Stayed in a King Room. Super comfy bed and pillows, and the room was really quiet! I got some good sleep, which is a plus. The shower was nice and spacious too. I heard some noise from kids upstairs in the early morning, but it wasn't too bad. They gave us two key cards, which was handy since one had to stay in the room for the lights. The room had a clean vibe and was spacious enough. Pretty solid stay overall!

I had a brief stay of one night and overall, I found the experience to be very satisfying. The hotel was conveniently attached to a shopping mall, making it easy to grab a meal or change money. The decor was stylish and the room was well-maintained, offering a comfortable bed for a good night's rest. The complimentary airport shuttle was a major plus, saving us the hassle of transportation. However, I did notice that it wasn't a very walkable area for exploring nearby restaurants outside the mall.
